Emily Alford, Education Editor
Works with NAEMT authors and education staff to develop courses, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and quality of materials.
Cindy Bussell, Manager, Meetings and Events
Provides logistical and administrative management of NAEMT’s meetings and events, including EMS On The Hill Day, the Annual Meeting, webinars, and trade shows.
Corine Curd, Manager, Education Administration
Oversees new training centers and supports the expansion of NAEMT education programs at existing training centers in the U.S., Canada, and with the U.S. military.
Jess Ervin, Education Projects Coordinator
Works with staff, authors, subject matter experts, and publisher to facilitate production and publication of NAEMT educational content.
Nancy Hoffmann, Senior Director, Education
Leads the strategic and operational aspects of NAEMT’s education curricula from concept to publication. Liaises with publishing partner, education committees, and course author teams.
Stacy Jackson, Member Services Representative

Deb Lally, Executive Director
Partners with the Board of Directors on strategic planning, objective setting, and integrating the operational plan throughout NAEMT. Oversees headquarters operations.

Kim Mace, Director, Education Administration
Leads and supports NAEMT’s global training center network. Oversees new training centers and the expansion of NAEMT education programs at existing training centers outside the U.S. and Canada.
Bryan Majano, Marketing and Communications Specialist
Provides support to NAEMT’s marketing efforts across various media platforms. Works across all departments to help implement and track marketing plans.
Sylvia Milton, Education Services Representative
Processes course information and provides support to training center representatives, course coordinators, faculty, and students. Responds to general education inquiries.
Tammie W. Patterson, Manager, Membership Development
Develops and administers member recruitment, retention, and engagement. Conducts membership outreach and supports NAEMT membership coordinators.
Jody Phillips, Education Services Representative
Sandra Raber, Director, Corporate Sales
Develops corporate partner relationships, provides all support to ensure successful execution of sales opportunities to EMS industry suppliers and other organizations.
Keshia Robinson, Manager, Service and Administration
Oversees office administration, including systems management, member and education support services, and accounting processes.
Hayley Swiderski, Senior Executive Assistant
Supports senior leadership and all staff through operational efficiencies, good governance and volunteer processes, and stakeholder engagement.
Kathleen Taormina, Director, Marketing and Membership
Drives strategy and day-to-day operations for the development and execution of integrated and data-driven marketing plans. Provides strategic input for membership development.
