2024 EMS On The Hill Day - April 17-18, 2024 (briefing on Wednesday, April 17/Hill meetings on Thursday, April 18)
Event schedule:
- April 17: 3:00-7:00 pm – EMS On The Hill Day Check-in
- April 17: 5:30-8:00 pm – Pre-Hill Briefing and Networking Reception
- April 18: 8:00am – 5pm – EMS On The Hill Day Congressional Visits
- April 18: 5:30pm – 7:30pm – Post-Hill Day Reception
Registration is open until March 25, 2024. Early registration is only $20 for EMS practitioners/$40 for physicians through March 15, 2024. After March 15, 2024, registration is $40 for EMS practitioners/$60 for physicians. Registration is non-refundable as costs are incurred upon registration for the event.

The host hotel for the event is the Crystal Gateway Marriott located at 1700 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA. The group rate is $259 + tax per room per night. The special room rate is available until March 25, 2024, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. HILL DAY MEETINGS:
For 2024, each EMS On The Hill Day participant will have up to four meetings scheduled::
- one with the office of the Member who represents your home address in the House of Representatives,
- one with the office of the Member who represents your work address (if different), and
- one with each of the offices of the two Senators who represent your state.
In order to schedule your meetings, the following information is required when registering:
- HOME ADDRESS: to identify your Member of Congress who represents your home address.
- WORK ADDRESS: to identify your Member of Congress who represents your work address.
- CELL NUMBER: in case we need to reach you leading up to or during the event.
- EMAIL ADDRESS: for all event communications, including your meeting itinerary, invitations for meetings, and other key information. Enter an email address that you check regularly.
