The TCCC CLS course replaces the TCCC for All Combatants (TCCC-AC) course. As of January 1, 2021, NAEMT no longer offers the TCCC-AC course.
Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC): In addition to NAEMT’s general instructor requirements, current TCCC instructors and instructor candidates are required to demonstrate knowledge and skills for each of the TCCC tiers they plan to teach (1-All Service Members, 2-Combat Life Saver, 3-Combat Medic and Corpsman), which can be accessed at
https://deployedmedicine.com/market/226. Current TCCC-CMC and TCCC-CLS instructors with no military service can maintain their instructor status by teaching the required number of courses each year.
