Recently, NAEMT was represented at the annual conference of the American Ambulance Association by Immediate Past President Jerry Johnston, who participated in the AAA’s board meeting and in committee meetings. On behalf of NAEMT, he met with key leaders, including the current and incoming AAA presidents, on collaborative strategies between the two organizations. Johnston will continue to serve as NAEMT’s liaison representative to AAA and will serve on their Legislative/Regulatory Committee this year.
