Join us for EMS On The Hill Day 2025, the annual event brings together EMS professionals from around the country to Washington, D.C., to advocate on behalf of our profession, patients and the communities we serve.
- Thursday, April 2-3, 2025 – Hilton Arlington National Landing in Arlington, VA and on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON
Now more than ever, it is crucial for the voice of EMS to reach members of Congress in order to promote vital legislation for EMS. In 2025, top priorities will include Treat-in-Place (TIP) focusing on payment for service payment rather than transport, reimbursement, drug shortages, workforce shortages, and rural EMS concerns. Please share the dates for Hill Day and emphasize the critical timing for our issues to be heard. All EMS professionals are invited to attend and support service EMS in their communities. Our goal is to have representation from every state.
Join us on Capitol Hill to visit with congressional leaders and staff to help them understand the needs of EMS in our communities and states. Whether you are new to grassroots advocacy and EMS On The Hill Day or a seasoned veteran, we need you to educate your Members of Congress on the needs of your patients and communities.

OPERATIONAL WORKSHOP
Empowering EMS with Data: From Insights to Action
This workshop will provide EMS leaders and stakeholders with the essential tools to effectively collect, analyze, and report operational data and quality metrics. Participants will learn how to leverage data to demonstrate the value and impact of their services to local, regional, state, and national stakeholders – including funders, payers, CMS, and CMMI. The session will cover strategies for aligning your data collection efforts with the services your agency currently provides, as well as the services you aim to expand or improve. We’ll explore how to craft compelling stories supported by clear, validated data that resonate with decision-makers. Whether you’re advocating for grant funding, enhancing clinical outcomes, or meeting quality benchmarks, the key to success is in presenting data that is not only insightful but also independently validated. (CAPCE-accredited CE credit available)
Workshop Registration Fee:
$119 member / $139 non-member
