Building awareness of the EMS profession is key to growing the EMS workforce. To assist EMS agencies and departments in their workforce recruitment efforts, NAEMT has created the #IAmEMS campaign. The campaign goal is two-fold: 1) to provide hiring managers with promotional resources for recruitment, and 2) to provide those interested in an EMS career with information to help them get started.
