Many members contacted NAEMT after the premiere of NBC's new prime-time program, Trauma.  They called and emailed to express their disappointment and concern with the way in which the actors on the show portrayed EMTs and paramedics.  Members felt that the show presented an inaccurate and misleading depiction of their work. In response, President Patrick Moore has communicated to NBC's President of Television Entertainment, Mark Gaspin, the concern and frustration of EMTs and paramedics across the country with the negative way that NBC is portraying their profession through this new television program.  To read the full letter from President Moore, click here.
