NAEMT leaders continue to represent members at national meetings. The most recent include:
- Director K.C. Jones represented NAEMT at the annual conference of the National Association of EMS Educators.
- At-Large Director Chuck Kearns participated in a Department of Homeland Security working group on the issue of first responder workforce protection.
- Immediate Past President Jerry Johnston represented NAEMT at the meeting of the National Volunteer Fire Council Board of Directors, and at a conference on reimbursement issues sponsored by the American Ambulance Association.
- President-Elect Connie Meyer represented NAEMT at the annual conference of the National Association of State EMS Officials and at a special conference on Disaster All-Hazards Training Core Competencies sponsored by the American College of Emergency Physicians.
- President Patrick Moore represented NAEMT at the meeting of the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate.
