CDC Invites Members to Participate in Field Triage Survey

Aug 03, 2010

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invites NAEMT members and other EMS professionals to participate in a survey they are conducting to help better understand the impact and implementation of the Field Triage Decision Scheme: The National Trauma Triage Protocol. They urge you to take this opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions.

What you think really matters! Responses to this survey will help guide future updates to the Field Triage Decision Scheme and related educational programs over the next few years. These updates relate directly to your daily work to respond to injuries and save lives.

Please go to
www.CDCSurvey.com to complete the survey online.

As a thank you, you will have the opportunity to order free copies of the field triage materials and orange or green field triage bracelets once you complete the survey.

If you have issues accessing the survey using the link above, please visit
www.CDCSurvey.com and enter your survey ID: 3u5541o8

The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept private to the extent allowed by law.

If you have questions about the study or about your participation, please feel free to e-mail Dan Eckstein, project manager, at
deckstein@novaresearch.com.
