Congressional EMS Caucus Chair Tim Walz (D-MN), congressional members, legislative staff, national EMS organization leaders, and leaders of NAEMT attended the Nov. 2 EMS Caucus Breakfast, hosted by NAEMT.
Topics discussed at the breakfast included the important role of EMS to communities, the EMS Agenda 2050, EMS priorities, and the Stop the Bleed initiative.
The Congressional EMS Caucus, a 35-member bipartisan, will help promote, educate, and increase awareness around the federal policy issues impacting EMS and serve as a resource for policy questions.
If your U.S. House representative is not a member of the Congressional EMS Caucus, please ask them to join in support of EMS. If they are, please thank them on behalf of the EMS profession and the patients we serve.
