The Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3) Model RFA Online Portal is Live!

The ET3 Model team is pleased to announce that the Request for Applications (RFA) Online Portal is now live!  Ambulance providers and suppliers can now begin to apply to participate in the ET3 Model. 

The Online Portal can be found on the ET3 Model website under the Request for Applications (RFA) section or directly here: RFA Online Portal. Applications will be accepted from August 5, 2019 through September 19, 2019.

As a reminder, we will be hosting a tutorial webinar about the RFA Online Portal on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 12pm – 1:30pm EDT.  Session information and the registration link are listed below.  During the session, the ET3 Model team will review key functionality of the Portal as well as provide guidance and tips for ambulance suppliers and providers to submit a complete application to participate in the Model. The forum will also provide an opportunity for Q & A with the ET3 Model team.
