Following notice of the early termination of the Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport Model, NAEMT sent a letter on July 17 to the CMS leaders to request a more detailed briefing on the reasons for the termination of the Model, and the immediate release of all qualitative data to the public, which clearly demonstrated savings to the government as well as improved patient care. View Letter
