At the monthly Board meeting held on November 10, 2023, the NAEMT Board of Directors voted to appoint Lisa Lindsay and Kim Mace as interim Co-Executive Directors of NAEMT, replacing long-time Executive Director Pamela Lane.

Lindsay and Mace have agreed to assume these roles while the Board enlists a national search firm to identify a new Executive Director. In a statement, Susan Bailey, President of NAEMT stated, “We thank Pamela Lane for her service to the organization and look forward to the continued growth of the association under the new leadership.”
