You Can.... is this year's theme for September's National Preparedness Month, which aims to increase the level of community engagement in preparedness actions at home, work, business, school, and place of worship. Ready.gov has created materials to help our communities prepare for disasters.

National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

The Code Green Campaign and National Alliance on Mental Illness use this month to reach out to those contemplating and affected by suicide, raise awareness and connect individuals with services. NAEMT also offers resources to help EMS practitioners in recognizing, managing and seeking assistance for mental health issues.
