NAEMT is assisting the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the Department of Emergency Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital with a brief survey of EMS providers about the role of tranexamic acid (TXA) in EMS. The goal of the survey is to assess the prevalence of EMS protocols for TXA use to treat hemorrhage in the EMS setting. Participation is both voluntary and anonymous. This survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete. Results will be provided in aggregate and will be shared with the EMS community.
