Please note on page 5 of the PDF of the Funding Opportunity Announcement:  All applicants MUST register with the National Institute of Health’s (NIH) “eRA Commons” in order to submit an application. This is a standard step for government grant applications and usually takes up to six weeks to receive the approval. The applicant organization MUST be registered in NIH’s eRA Commons as a prerequisite for grant consideration.
