The University of Oregon, Center on Brain Injury Research and Training is conducting an online survey of US caregivers of first responders who have experienced traumatic brain injury/concussion (TBI), and/or other catastrophic injury (CI). The survey will help inform future efforts toward improving access to needed support and services. The survey takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.
