The campaign’s goal is two-fold: to provide hiring managers with promotional resources for recruitment, and to provide those interested in an EMS career with information to help them get started.
NAEMT has developed digital marketing resources for use in recruitment efforts. Download these digital assets and post them to your social media platform or website. Consider including the details of an upcoming recruiting event, instructions on how to apply for an open position, or information on how to begin a career in EMS. Incorporate the #IAmEMS hashtag into your communications to help raise awareness of this broad campaign and to grow your audience.
