MIH-CP Program Toolkit



To help EMS agencies develop and operate MIH-CP programs, NAEMT has compiled an MIH-CP Program Toolkit. The toolkit contains samples of forms, documents and questionnaires that EMS agencies are currently using to run their MIH-CP programs.
